Karen Moncrieff - Director of Human Resources

Karen Moncrieff

Karen is our Director of Human Resources.

She is responsible for all aspects of HIE’s human resource management function including resourcing, leadership, learning and development. Karen is a fellow of the CIPD and has worked for HIE since 1997.

Since leading our HR function, HIE has twice featured in the Sunday Times Best Companies listing and has been recognised as a top employer for working families, carers and for developing the young workforce. Most recently HIE was recognised as Best Public Sector Employer in the Working Families UK Best Practice Awards.
