We recently supported the Wilderness Group with salary costs towards a graduate placement. Bringing new skills into the business allowed them to focus on process improvements, and driving innovation and efficiencies within the business.
We're also supporting Ross-Shire Engineering on a longer term project to develop a dedicated R&D hub to research, design and develop water treatment solutions suitable for world-wide commercialisation.

ILM Highland recently benefited from our Green Jobs Capital Fund allowing them to create 2 new jobs with a focus on reducing their carbon footprint and supporting expansion plans leading to an increase in sales.
Cairngorm Brewery have also been focusing on production efficiencies and have been awarded funding to support their transition towards a net zero operation.
