Growing with Caithness

Wick Business Park sits on the north-west edge of Wick, beside Wick John O’Groats Airport, just off the A99 John O'Groats road. It’s home to a growing mix of businesses in leased or self-owned office and industrial buildings.

Over the past few years, we’ve invested over £4 million in new flexible workspace - and we’re not stopping there. We're developing a masterplan for the next phase of development, which will create even more space to help local businesses grow and attract new investment to the area.

What's available?

Two stunning high-quality units completed just last year are available for lease:

  • From 63m² (679 sq.ft) to 126m² (1,358 sq.ft)
  • Flexible layouts, enclosed yards and EV charging

See available units

More space coming soon: We’re building four more units, due to be completed later this year (2025), offering the same flexibility and energy-efficient design.

Phase 2 masterplan

Planning is underway for phase 2 of development work at Wick Business Park building on the success of the existing site, and to provide more space for businesses in Wick and Caithness to grow.

The plans include flexible space for offices, industrial units, storage, and trade counters, with room for walking paths, green space and better access for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.

Wick Business Park is about helping local businesses to grow while remaining in Caithness, as well as attracting new companies to the area. On a broader level, it’s about boosting the area’s prosperity by supporting jobs, population growth and community resilience.

Consultation is a vital part of the process. Before submitting the planning application, we held two drop-in events in Wick during August and September 2025 to share our plans and gather feedback from the community. The information boards are still available to view below, and we'll update this page once the feedback has been considered.
