Under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 we have, along with other public bodies in Scotland, a duty to publish annual public statements relating to our expenditure in specific areas.

Our annual public statements

We publish the following annual statements relating to our expenditure on:

  • Public relations
  • Overseas travel
  • Hospitality and entertainment
  • External consultancy

In addition, the Act requires pubic bodies to publish details on:

  • Payments with a value in excess of £25,000
  • Employee/members who receive remuneration in excess of £150,000.
